Is Nourishing your Bump suitable for women and couples trying to conceive?
Answer:
It is. This program is mainly pregnancy focused. However, there is an entire module dedicated to your preconception journey. It has over 15 lessons focusing on optimising your hormones & teaching you everything you need to know about your cycle, shall you need it.

It sure is. The program gives plant based alternatives for food and supplements throughout every lesson. In some modules it even has entire lessons dedicated to plant based eating and nourishment.
